There is an Arts and Crafts Center with special rooms for woodworking and pottery. There are also two additional rooms for various other Arts and Crafts activities, from oil painting to stained glass, card making to scrapbooking, and several others. This building also houses the Community Library with a huge collection of books, DVDs, and puzzles.
The Sports Complex contains aerobic and circuit machines, an indoor lap pool, a gymnasium, spa, beauty salon, and dance hall. Outside there are 16 pickle ball courts and 6 tennis courts.
There is an 18 hole golf course, and another 9 hole course currently in the process of being built. The pro shop is housed in the community building along with the Wild Horse Bar and Grill.
There and horseshoe and bocce ball fields,a community garden, a club house, and last but not least, is the two -sided dog park. One side for small dogs, the other for large dogs. Each side has a sheltered pagoda with picnic tables and benches.
